Halo 3
One of the most overrated games. First the reason I give it a 3.5 instead of 5 like others is it did not amaze me. The multiplayer is just not any different than the second which is good and bad. The single player in my opinion is the best part of the game with the story line.

Another near perfect game that I can't stand anymore. This game is as good as they come with the exception of some annoying backtracking in the campaign.

With 4 player co-op, awesome multiplayer and the forge level designer, this is a buttload of bang for your buck.

Maybe I should not say "bang" and "butt" in the same sentence?

Love the Coop and Sp but the Mp could have added alot more. The story was solid as far as Halo goes. I'm just now trying to get back into some of the Mp but playing with the kiddies wears on me quick. All in all it should be a must own for 360 owners, I know the game gets its share of bashing but I dont think its too hard to see its greatness.

My 2 cents
H3 IMO was way too hyped and really did nothing to expand the general game play. Not to say there wasn't improvements. Just not enough to justify putting 5's up there. The graphics while nice were not much improved over the last installment. It just didn't have that feel like the first Halo did where I found myself spending time looking at the minor details in the game. This time it was more of the same. Sound: the music is good and keeps with the tone of the game through out no complaints here. Replay: The skulls/Terminals keep it marginal replay ability but really after the SP is over the only thing that keeps it alive is Co-op. Controls are responsive and don't hinder game play. Single player: The story is pretty good, ties up the loose ends from the second game and brings it to an almost close. You can't beat 4 player Co-op. I just wish they did a bit more polish in this area such as one play as the MC one as the Arbiter and the rest as either an Elite or Marine chosen by the player. There's no need to have one Chief and 3 Arbiters running around. Multiplayer: It's nice I like the Forge and stuff but overall after playing it some it was pretty much like H2 so I gave up on it.

this game was severely over-hyped. the single player was good, but i purchased it for the multi-player, which was nothing new or special.

Great Game, Great Graphics, Horribly Crowded
One of the best games I have ever played in my life, Halo 3, the Third and final game in the Halo Trilogy. If you are new to the "Bungie Way of Life", then it will be pretty harsh on mulitplayer. If you are a veteran at the Halo Trilogy then you should be a pro on this game. Multiplayer is "Perfectly Fine" replies a employee at Bungie. Well since the release of Halo 3, everyone have been bugging the Bungie Staff how to get Recon Armor. This has grown in numbers to about 1/3 of the population on the playlist Social Slayer alone, and if you DO have Recon Armor then you are probably bugged and probably everyone wants to send you a friend request. So multiplayer isn't an option for Recon Armor Players. Its an accomplishment to have recon armor but the people that DO have it, don't wear it. Single Player is amazing. I was Amazed at the large enviorments that were supplied in Campaign Levels, Exciting situations make the game interesting and amazing. The ending is so dramatic that it kept our heads turning. The sequel to this game, Halo 3: Recon, willl supply recon armor to everyone who compleates the Vidmasters Challenge.
All in all, a great game, 5.0. Thumbs up Bungie!!!
