Coffin Arrives, for my Racing Wheel?

Alright, finally after a few months of potential home burning excitement MS sends the unexpected, a coffin to ship back my wheel, FedEx Express.

First they asked us to call in months ago to give them our serial numbers.

Then we were told to hang tight for a few weeks while they figured out how to fix it (Don't plug it in, please)

Then I get a call weeks later saying download this form and fax it in. Yes, you heard right, fax because they are not high tech or anything.

When I don't find the time they call again a month later and say, hey did you get your do-it-yourself fix? Uh nope, can't find the time to fax in the form. No problem we are going to send you the fix in a few days just verify your address.

Now, another three weeks later, a coffin arrives. Thats what I call do-it-yourself.

I hope I get it back someday.

Interesting I haven't faxed mine in yet. In fact I may have to look for it again I'm not sure it is still kicking around.

Can't microsoft make anything that does not break down? I've made a lot of good friends on Xbox live but I doubt I'll be buying a Microsoft console in the next gereration unless things change big time. May have to give Sony a Shot.
