Saints Row 2???
Anyone gotten any wind of rumors for a Saints Row sequel? Out of the blue, I got this urge to shoot up some pedestrians, blow up some cars, run from the police and file some fraudulent insurance claims. Oh, and the urge to escort some ladies.

I went browsing on Google, and this link was all I could find. It's dated back in March of this year.

Electronic Gaming Monthly had a big article on it last month. I'll try to dig it up and get the info from it. Graphically it didn't look overly impressive or anything, but they were talking about some cool upgrades like co-operative play a la Gears of War or Crackdown where you just jump in any time, as well as some new multiplayer modes.

The story is in the same city, the city is just expanded and has some cool new areas, including an "underground" and a new harbor retail area. You can play as a man or a woman this time, or uhhhh... anything in between. Not sure what's up with that part, but it looks like it will be a cool game.

I really enjoyed the first and if they get the online right this will rail GTA IV.

i think saints row one was a really good game and two should be even better,but we all know it won't stop or be better than the new gta no way.

One of the things I really wanted to be able to do in the first one was to be able to create mayhem and cause the helicopter to come after me. When it would land and release some FBI agents, I tried my ass off to get in the helicopter, but to no avail. Hopefully they looked into changing that.
