It appears that 2K Games have acknowledged the busted Big Daddy figurines. They are offering replacements to all those who got a busted figurine, as well as sending something extra! Best part? They cover all the shipping costs.

If you have a busted Big Daddy figurine, go here to submit a request for replacement.
