Ok for those of you who are planning to pick up GOW, COD3 and R6:V on Emergence Day (November 7th), which game are you planning to play first?????
GOW of course is probably the biggest title released that day, but after watching gameplay videos of COD3 and R6:V, I'm totally at odds end. Unfortunately, I have to work that day and pick up my preorders after work. I think I'm leaning towards COD3 or GOW first. But R6: looks so good too. I'll probably toss a coin or something. Decisions......... | |

They are all going to be great, problem is I'll have Splinter, DOAX 2, and FEAR to deal with as well. | |

Hypothetically, if I was in that situation, I'd go with Gears first. I'm a graphic-whore and that looks the most "graphically impressive" to me. The others are certainly nothing to sneeze at but, I know given time I'll give them the attention they deserve as well. | |

I'm think CoD3 is going to be a more appropriate MP title, where as I'll be playing GoW, intially, for the single player campaign. | |

I don't think a formal date has been announced. All Ubisoft has been saying is Holiday, and more recent, November 2007.
If it is delayed, I wouldn't be surprised. Going up against Microsoft's major holiday title and an established popular franchise that isn't coming off the heels of two failures is a tough market to crack. | |

While eye candy looks awesome, GOW's MP numbers are rather low. | |

I think I'll hold off on DOAX 2 as well, I can fondle the wives with thine eyes any time  Gears: being bought for SP and Coop thru story CoD 3: being bought for SP Veteran (this series would become my number 1 of all time if it would let me play Coop with Brew on veteran and with friends on lan!) Make a damn coop mode!!!! Ahhhhhhhhh Splinter DA: being bought for SP (coop got raped) R6 Vegas: being bought for 4 player Coop Lan parties, and MP online (Only title I'll play of these 4 on Live). FEAR: being bought for SP DOAX 2: do I even need to comment? | |
