It is, and it is ever so amazing. I only played it once but it was a blast. I don't know how to describe it really, but when you shoot, it really gives a sense that you are shooting a gun. The cover system is great, and is done without slowing the game down.

I should have better impressions tomorrow after getting some more time with it.
