Join Date: Sep 2006 Location: Nazareth, PA Age: 35 | In the middle of getting my 360 back online. Contrary to what I have read, the last 5 digits of the serial are not the manufacture date. My 360 is a refurb with a manufacture date of 3-08-2006. NO new heatsink either. Jesus. Hopefully this one doesn't go on me. It will always be in the back of my mind now. | |

| I got a replacement unit today instead of my orginial back. Also, I did not get a new power brick with it. So far so good, this one has a born date in 11-06 instead of 05 like mine | |

If this one lasts, I may just sell it and buy one of the new 65nm units coming later this yr. I like my consoles to last decades. I don't like the feeling that I'm playing Russian Roulette every time I turn the 360 on either. | |
