Sell me your wireless adapter
My nephew needs the 360 wireless adapter because a lightning strike took out their modem and router and also damaged the ethernet port on his 360. We just hooked up my wireless adapter and it works fine. Anybody wanna hook a brother up. Retail is to exspensive(the only reason I have one is a Kmart glitch)

I'm not willing to part with mine. I don't see how it works if the router was taken out.
I saved a few bucks on amazon.com. If no one is willing to part with theirs, try ebay or something.

I still have my Linksys WGA54 for sale, it worked well for me and still works. The only reason I upgraded to the official 360 one is it supports better wifi security. The linksys only supports wep encryption. Let me know if you are interested. 40 clams could probably take it off my hands.

Wait a sec, are you looking for a router or the MS wireless adapter?
If the adapter, I have one that I could likely part with. Not sure how much they're selling for, lemme know.

I've heard of people using the old xbox adaptor. I'm sure you can probably use another USB device, but it'll be tricky since you can't install drivers, per se. If you did go that route, make sure it's returnable if it doesn't work.
I'm sure some of you guys have gamer friendly routers. I don't (belkin pre n). It was a bit tricky to get to work, but I did get it to work, and get an open NAT setting.

Keezy gets it Peench, the prices botman post are acurate except for some ebay deals I could bid on. You wanna sell it then you name the price. I've even got your paypal info probably from when I foolishly bought that shirt with the "other" sites name on it. Also does anyone know how to induce the the three red rings of death. Then my nephews could get the replacement on M$'s dime.

MadB - I won't be able to ship it out until next week unfortunately b/c I'll be outta town at E3 this week and then at meetings out of town early next week. If that's coolio, I'll let you pick the price you feel is reasonable based on what Botmann posted. I'd rather help out a PGL member than make a buck or two!

well, three ring of death if a general hardware failure. Basically, you need to thing to overheat, per se. I suggest putting it in a poorly ventalated cabnet, such as many entertainment cabnets. I would check the warrenty thing first to make sure placing in a cabnet doesn't void it though.
