I kind of agree - but as an Orthodox Jew who lost family in the Holocaust - it never gets old. 
As for me - my surprise pick of the year has to be Marvel Ultimate Alliance. This wasn't even on my radar until I heard so much good press about it. As a comic geek from wayback (inactively collecting now due to $$$ and space constraints) I had to have it. And it ROCKS! 
Now I'm just waiting for my GOW shipment to arrive today or tomorrow and that will be it for games this year ... unless of course Superman gets a 9.5 from everyone.  | |
