Holy Oblivion Save Deletion Coma!

Wow! I just spent a mind numbing 40 minutes deleting about 900 Oblivion saves from my HD.....Only "A Perfect Circle" got me through it with my sanity intact....

Amazing how I let those stack up!

Hopefully there will be an update to manage memory better (with mass deletions and such), and one that allows us to export info to an external HD with larger capacity....

The easy way to do it is to copy the ones you want to a memory card then delete them from the HD. Then copy them back from the memory card.

OMG, I went through the same thing with my 400 saves! I can't believe there isn't an easier way to select them all and hit delete. Well, I got through deleting about 300 of them..... will leave the other 100 for another day. hahahah.

Good lord! Man, how many saves do you need. It's nuts that Oblivion isn't limited to 10-20 saves.

I need to go through and do this. I probably have about 150-200 saves on there.

hahaha you guys. I kept it to only about 3-4 saves. Just rotated which ones I saved over.

I just did that too Rhino. It was horrible. They really need to manage them better, at least for deleting purposes.

I kept my saves managed nicely, two per character, having two characters equaled out nicely for 4 saves.. my wife on the other hand seemed to build those things up like mad. i spent 5-10 min every time i would go play again cleaning up.

I keep only 2 saves and alternate saving between them. Every once in a while if I'm heading into a place where I might want to back out of I'll create a 3rd or 4th save. I need to backup my saves in case my HD fails. I'd hate to lose the 100+ hours I've got into that game!
