XBL update

What was the update that I got last night when I signed into XBL. I didn't hear anything about this coming, or what it actually did. You guys see this?

• Earlier today the team pushed out a dashboard update over Xbox Live. There is nothing major in this one, it just addresses a few performance and stability issues.

When are they gonna make it so when I cut my 360 on It doesn't load the guide until my profile is signed in. It sucks seeing that default guide every time.

Nope. That's the January 2006 Update, 1up just reposted it.

Haha! Loads were asking and that was the only official response. Apparently its all backend stuff. And they may have slipped in some real time weapon change support. Not sure tho.
