and out of the 400,000 they are supposedly shipping here, 10,000 will be the cheaper model. It'll be monumentously difficult to get the cheaper model regardless of price when it arrives.

Has anyone confirmed that the price is dropping in the US?

Wow....170 bucks would make me very happy, but I can't see it being less than 199.99. Just my personal opinion. Hope I'm wrong.

Just watched the DL.tv episode from Digital Life in NYC, and those guys said the add on HD Drive will include 2 movies, King Kong & didn't name the other movie. If that's true make the player pretty cheap if you want those 2 movies.

Hmmm, this hasnt been posted on any sites, making PGL the first community to know about it thanks to your keen eyes and ears

The addition of the movies is icing on the cake for me, I dont care what 2 they are really. I definitely wasnt expecting to get a freebie, let alone 2.

I knew about King Kong, but didn't know about the second one!! Awesome. We're working overtime to try and get the deal set up so we can get a huge order from all PGL people to save some cash on this one! I hope we can pull it off in time!

Yeah, it would definitely have to be a multiple purchase to get the sweet deal. But we're still ironing out the back end business deal of things to make it happen. Maybe I'll start a poll to see who is gonna buy one.
