Local Kmart Mispricing on Enchanted Arms?

Stopped in my local kmart looking for a camera...they usu make mistakes...and they had Enchanted Arms priced at $49....isn't is supposed to be $59?

I was wondering....I checked a Game Store on the way home and it was still at $59...are there 2 editions? This one came with the novel.
