Experience the power of the Unreal Engine 3 for the first time in an Xbox Live Arcade game in “RoboBlitz,” this week’s Xbox Live Arcade Wednesday’s release. This independently developed breakthrough game will be available for download on Xbox Live Arcade for Xbox 360 beginning Wednesday, December 6th.

Independent developer Naked Sky Entertainment created RoboBlitz using the latest in game technology to deliver an innovative, high definition experience. Roboblitz is a fast-paced, 3D action game with unique physics, inventive gizmos, creative weapons, and robotic characters. Players take on the role of Blitz, a multi-talented robot who must activate an aging space cannon to save his world from a band of maladjusted space pirates. Set in seven distinct environments, RoboBlitz features 19 levels of puzzle-solving and high-intensity action.

“RoboBlitz” will be available worldwide for 1200 Microsoft Points.

GAME FEATURES:

• Free trial version consists of three engaging levels

• A new breed of game blending fast paced action, puzzle solving, and a playground of interactive physics

this is what I've been waiting for! I've been enjoying the retro side of the arcade quite a bit but, have been really yearning for a game that would be new and not only new but look fantastic!

Yes, looking forward to this, as well. After purchasing the full version of Zuma, (and the few others I've bought) I've gotten a lot more out of the Arcade stuff. I'm glad they're putting a lot of effort into bringing new titles.

I played the demo and liked it. I've been waiting for an arcade game with a "story" in the single player, I want Sonic damnit!!!

I got this game! It's actually fun! It's definitely a nice change of pace as far as gaming goes! It's a simplistic adventure/platform game with pretty unique gameplay!
