Yeah, that one's a nice one for sure. When I first started loading the games on to the HD, I was thinking, "So seriously now... to play with it quiet I have to put the disc in, stop the game from loading as fast as I can, then restart it off the hard disc???" I'm an idiot. I'm glad they give this option, otherwise, what a pain...

I hate to post back to back, but i will.

Joystiq is reporting that MS is planning on rolling out new clothing, etc. for avatars bi-monthly for 6 months. For the time being, it's free.

Eventually it will cost, you can be certain. But at least there's more coming for free than what they shipped with.

Sorry if this was already covered, but I can not get my hddvd addon to play movies with this new Dashboard. I don't even see a place to access it. Any ideas? I keep it around to play movies so I dont wear out the main drive.

Seriously?! You haven't fully explored the new dashboard??? Go to "My Xbox" from the list on the left, then go to the right side of that menu. The second to the last page is for the HD DVD drive (right next to the System page).

I just checked it (haven't watched an HD DVD in a couple of weeks)... works just fine!
