Well it showed up late yesterday with a 1 month Live card for my trouble. I did call and read them the riot act for packing instructions that told me to re-download all my purchased content only to have it not work as intended. Still cannot access purchased content from a non-Live profile. They could not understand why it was a big deal for my kids to play Feeding Frenzy without being Live members.

They wanted me to use their online tool and I said hell no, it is only good once every 12 months and they stated content would be transferred. To make a long story short they will do it within 5 days for me without using the tool.

The new box is MUCH quieter than the old one.
