| Cool! I'll download it in a bit. I trust these guys to make a great racer more than anyone else right now. | |

I also like the fact that this game has a variety of race types like NFS only more realistic but not too realistic.

| Tried it and deleted it I should have known it wasn't for me, I usually only like arcade racers. | | |

| ^^This one is pretty arcade ish. I found it similar to Dirt, which I didn't like too much either. It's too borderline sim/arcade and it make it hard to get any real feel for the cars. If it's going to be arcade style, it should be along the lines of PGR type physics. | |

The BMW track was nice, but Forza II has that type, too. The Mustang racing was pretty cool, and I liked the sheer number of cars on the track, but - like all racers it seems - the AI can knock you into the wall at 8 mph while you hit them at full speed and they just get back on track & pass you up...
The drift stuff wasn't my kind of racing at all & didn't like it, and I didn't care for the dude in the headset constantly telling you stuff. A rental - maybe? Nah, probably not.
Looks nice, though. | |

The handling was really good, and the "Head Cam" is great. I think it feels more sim than arcade, having good pedal control in both braking and accel really makes a difference.
The drifting does take some getting used too, but I think CodeMasters did a great job in actually making you have to drift the car. Unlike some games that use different physics for drifting. That does make it more difficult, but drifting isn't easy to do. So far the best score I've managed to rack up happened today, totaled just under 960,000.
Have any of you tried out the multiplayer? I've been wanting too, so let me know if any of you are interested.

It took me a few laps to get used to the handling of the cars, all in all I like it. I love racing games so I'll be picking this one up next month.

When I hit this bumper, it sent me into the air and I performed a perfect barrel-roll. It was awesome. I also got stuck on a wall of tires, which would've given my friend the win if he didn't knock me off .

Gawd, GT is so friggin' overrated...

PS: I broke my previous record of 960,000. It's now 2,038,000, with my highest combo being 1,500,000.
