Well, we are a country that contains countless lawsuits for illegally parked elephants, unaware obesity and coffee cups that are labeled to be hot. This little fiasco, albeit no lawsuit, should fit right in!
I guess I'm just not a liberal. I'd probably throw it in landfill before sending it in for repair. Guess I'm not "green" either.
Is it "America, Land of the Free," or "America, Land of the I'm Stupid So Someone Feel Sorry For Me?"

 Well said.
I still think that Microsoft is at fault for hiring someone without any common sense. This guy may have been a moron for sending it in when several other things could have potentially happened, but Microsoft kept it's word on everything they said they would, until some dumbass got ahold of it with some cleaning fluid and a rag.
Either way, this has got to be the silliest and most irrelevant thing ever to get everyone riled up.

Oh D. You're gonna get it./
The only thing I like out of Texas is id and Pantera. Ever since you (Texas) blessed the US and A and the world with your former Governor, I find it hard to like anything from Texas any more.
Wait, we got our asses handed to us at the Alamo. pffff, whatever. We have cooler war time shit in the northeast. Revolutionary War baby.

Exactly.
"Hey fellas... looks like the enemy's on that hill over there. Alright, everyone get in a line, let's march up there in a nice wiiiiiiiiide line. That'll intimidate them! Our coats are badass!"
Contrast that with the Alamo. Travis, Crockett and Bowie and about 100 other badasses all holed up in a stone church for a few weeks, fighting off literally thousands of Mexicans (they would've brought more but the Mexican Army only had 5 Chevys). Held Santa Anna off long enough for Houston to get his army together. That's a victory, not a defeat. Texas won that war.
