This could be the one game that sells a few more 360s in Japan(maybe 500, lol)
People are lining up behind the "if you see this, you'll be waiting atleast 90 minutes) Blue Dragon sign. A line in Japan for ANY 360 game is huge news.
My son keeps playing the video downloaded off Xboxyde over and over. I posted at the last forum about the Dragonball Z connection and with my son and a couple nephews I hear alot about it. Like I said DragonBall=cash money! The video is damn sharp. I might not play this type of game but I will buy it for my son. He's only twelve but I think he's actually sporting wood for this one.
Whether or not these games actually make a difference for Microsoft remains to be seen, but if the interest in Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon by TGS show goers is any indication, 360 may just have a chance in Japan. Both titles saw huge lines -- with wait times of well over an hour or two -- on the first public day of the show.
It's not exactly surprising or unheard of -- there are far worse lines at the show (such as the line to get into Square-Enix's movie room) -- but it demonstrates that there's a clear interest from Japanese gamers in these two Xbox 360 RPGs.
