You're thinking of site rep, this is about Xbox Live Rep. The gray site rep is from users that don't have enough experience yet, I believe, so it doesn't count towards your rep.

Ive Been REpping you guys constantly so whoever is on my list most likley got love from me, Especially people ive played with....And you all wonder why im so quiet in the lobby.

But im still at 56 preferred and the rest hated for god knows what reasons. Actually i did find the reason, Most is from Dropping out early, Because i got another invite or went to another game for a PGLER.
