Finding Wii = Impossible
I spent the entire day today looking for a Nintendo Wii. I started off at the closest EB Games where they told me they have none but actually had and sold one earlier in the day. I then went to Walmart where they had none but I managed to pick up a Wii remote so I'd have an extra incase I do find the system. My spirits were high because I figured I'd find one for sure but after a trip to Costco, Circuit City, EBX, EB Games, Game Stop, and Saturday Matinee I was tired of driving around. Since we've been home my wife has called every Sears, KMart, Target, EB Games, Best Buy and Circuit City that comes back on Yahoo Local and notta one

This is how I found mine:

Yeah, definitely go that route. It's a pretty reliable resource, Wiz!

If you absolutely can't find one let me know, there seem to be a few available in my area. If you cover shipping and maybe a couple bucks for my time I would be more than happy to grab one for ya.

My Fiance picked me up one today at Walmart. The thing is I have yet to open it because I am sitting here looking at it and thinking damn this $250 could pay for something for our wedding and do I really need another game system. Such a hard decision.

I guess I'm lucky, per se. I am not a Wii owner yet (I will get one). I've just been waiting for costco to sell bundle unit. I remember around Xmas, I heard they were selling it with Zelda and Excite Truck. I assumed it comes with a second Wiimote and, hopefully, nunchuck.
If I get too anxious, I have a couple buddies who work at Target, and I know they can pick one up for me. It's how I got my Gamecube about two weeks after launch.

Well, I got the official go ahead from the girlfriend to purchase a Wii yesterday. We were having dinner with her family and I was talking with one of her brothers about how much the entire household enjoys it when Amy - my gf - announces "I've been trying to get Cory to get one."
So as I ask if she really wants to get one she says "yes, I think it would be fun."
Needless to say I stopped by Walmart and Target on the way in to work this a.m. - likely a day late - to find that there were none left.
All in due time.
