I've yet to find one but I'm in no rush. If I can snag one easily, great. If not, I'll do so eventually.

Many places are supposed to be selling them on 2/11. A bunch of Targets in my area have them in stock according to http://www.itrackr.com but none of them are selling them. A couple even said no, but we will on the 11th. A manager a Toys R Us also confirmed that as the next date they'll have them, so I would expect to see them in a bunch of ads at that time.

I was at my Gamestop on Monday putting down some money on a certain cat-helmet, and asked the guy about Wii shipments. He said that they haven't had a shipment in a week or two.

That iTrackr is pretty damn cool. Son of a B... I think I may pick one up.

I received further confirmation from someone at Toys R Us that the 11th is the day. The store manager told me that I didn't hear it from her but if I get there early on Sunday the 11th, there will be Wii's to be had. She thought it might be necessary to get their a couple of hours before the store opens.

I'm debating about purchasing one now or waiting. I barely have time to play the XBOX 360 as it is, but I know my girlfriend is interested in the Wii and a bunch of friends would always be willing to come over for a Wii party, so we'll see. The son of my girlfriend's best friend wants one for his birthday in April, so I might just snag one for her if I get a chance, so he gets his birthday wish.

So tempting, especially with a fat tax refund ... which is already earmarked for an engagement ring. See, I really am crazy

Nice! I am having a difficult time using that itrackr website... as most places haven't updated in a while. Perhaps I'll just go on with life, and if I happen to stumble upon one, it is meant to be (however, I may place myself in situations that have a high probability of finding one).

How do places like Walmart fare in the Wii-search?

My Walmart says that get a few in at random times each week. Of course they sell them within a few minutes...

The 11th is going to be the best bet. Target did this last month, and each store had 20 plus Wii's. My co-worker got one, and her store have 60 of them! She got to the store around 6:30AM though and was number 23.

But this is the third or fourth big push, so it should be easier then the ones before. Good luck.

See, that itracker.com website doesn't list my Walmarts, which is why I asked. It has a few Targets listed, but those have the most amount of people watching (though it is only like 10). Are there any other tracking sites?

Target and CircuitCity have been holding their Wii stock back yet again (bastards) for another Sunday (2/11) sale.

Went to Best Buy tonight with my wife. While walking around the game section, they put 3 Wiis out. So I guess it's just the luck of the draw with some companies!
