Smash Hit!
On xmas morning, I had saved the best for last, a Wii. I had wrapped it uniquely, with a huge red bow. My family and in-laws kept asking about the box, as I had also left it with no label. At last, the final box under the tree was the Wii, which I let my wife open. She was shocked! At first she was a bit annoyed, as she thought I bought the Wii for myself, and was trying to pawn it off as a gift for us all. That was until we played it!
From my 6 year old daughter, to my 58 year old father-in-law, we all had a huge blast playing the Wii Sports games. Bowling and Tennis were our favorites. We bowled for hours! It was some of the oddest gaming I have ever taken part in. Nobody was sitting down! Everyone was standing between taking their turns. And when bowling, people would act just like they do at the real ally. It was so weird, and FUN!
Anyway, I hope others had similar experiences with their Wii's. My father-in-law was so excited about the Wii that we wants to buy stock in the company! Now that says something.

Man, I want to get one for the family sooo bad. Not sure I can swing it now that I got a Zune. Maybe I'll use my Christmas bonus. Maybe. I do need some stuff for the house though. Priorities, priorities....

Nahhhh, get a Wii!
I had to resist playing it last night, as my daughter was at her grandmas and I didnt want to use the Wii without her. We still have Elebits unopened from xmas. This is another 4 player game, but Wii Sports has captured all the time so far.

Check the reviews on Elebits Serren, you might wanna return it. If you don't let me know how it plays. The only reason I didn't buy it was the reviews scared me off. Sometimes those guys are just wrong though

Yeah, I read a bunch of reviews, but like you said, they are a bit biased at times. The major negatives I can remember reading about was the graphics and the odd or not natural physics. "Picking up a truck was just like picking up a toy block." Well, first, it is a Wii game. Second, it is a game. I guess the physics may be a bit off.
I decided upon it after reading user reviews, which were mostly positive. Plus there is a way to create rooms and share them on Wii24 which is a cool feature. There is also a four player mode where you compete getting the most bits.
I think I'll try it tonight and try writing a realish review on it. Wish me luck!
