Boooooo. I had both before him . The browser works ok, I actually haven't spent much time with the PS3 browser though so it's tough to compare. You have to zoom in on any site to be able to read anything. I do think it's much easier to "type" with the Wii as opposed to the PS3.

haha lax, it's not a competition! Just misinformation! Anyway, the only reason I would probably stick with the PS3 one is because you can hook up a keyboard to the PS3. That would make web-browsing easier. But, like I've mentioned before, the web browser feature never really interested me. I'll still check it out and post my thoughts on it later, though!

I'd never surf the web on my game consoles. That's why you have wireless networking, people!

I'm still trying to understand alot of you guys. Lets say your a 15 yr old boy with Nintendo's new console with free web browser in your room. How cool would that have been I know lots of families with one computer and "gasp" no HDTV. A web browsing console is a must this generation.

it's just not a feature some of us are interested in. Just like the Blu-ray or HD-DVD aspect isn't a feature that people are interested in on the PS 3 or Xbox 360. Why people wouldn't care about that, I find hard to grasp personally, but they don't. Slightly different case there but, still you get the idea.

Web Browsing is also harder on the consoles. It's not as convenient as you would think. When trying to browse through websites with the PS3, especially without a keyboard and mouse, it's really daunting and sometimes frustrating. Now, the time it would take me to input one website on the PS3 I could've loaded up 10 different websites on the computer which is in the next room. Not to mention the type is so friggin' small even on my projector I have a hard time reading it.

I suppose it maybe more of a matter that they just haven't been implemented properly yet, and maybe when they do, I'll be singing another tune!! haha

I toyed around with the browser today and I'm not really feeling. Too much like the old Dreamcast browsers.

I also don't like the noise that the remote emits.
