Dear Favre haters

The Greatest QB in the World has once again done it- he's made you look like complete idiots. Go ahead, sit down and watch your 4th QB in 6 years have a good game, maybe. I hope he lasts more than year.

Favre is 4-Ever.

The Giant's D sucks, any QB can get 300yds+ on them. Farve is a good QB, but is not, and never will be the best ever.

Best ever can be defined in many ways. When it comes to stats, he will be the best ever. When it comes to a team guy, he will be the best ever. When it comes to wins, he is the best ever. But the greatest category where he is the best ever, is the streak. He is #3 or #4 on the all time games played consecutively list. I think that is as impressive as Ripkens streak. 240 games played is impressive.

If he played in New York or another big market, I think he would be considered the best ever by more media outlets. I think Favre has a combination of stats, leadership, championships, and guts that makes him the best ever.

I am a Vikings fan making these statements. Just think what a Packer fan might say

I like Favre because he's from MS.

*quickly exits the Sports forums, as I don't like it in here. Smells like Icy Hot*

He is one of the best ever... Even if I don't like the Packers. He does look good this year, much better than the last couple for sure. I'm actually more impressed with GB Defence this year.

I agree Favre looks good and the defense looks better yet.

My Vikings though are going to suck ass this year. I am hoping they get 4 wins this year, I think that is stretching it.

Yea, Farve had a good game. Here and there, someone loves a fat ugly chic too, but I wouldn't start calling her a bueaty queen.

Best ever QB, pipe dreams. I might as well say Kenny Stabler is the best ever or Jim Plunkett. They have as many Super Bowl rings as Farve. I don't even know if I would call him that good of a QB today. Solid yes, but it's not like it was back in the late nineties. Best ever...good question. Personally I would go with someone like Montana, Unitas, Bradshaw, Aikman and the like. Farve will still be a first ballot HOFer, assuming he doesn't do something stupid and get arrested for rape or stealing.

What a win it was, too. I think Favre asked the guy to jump off-sides to get some throwing room. If he did, it backfired lol

Woohoo for Brett Favre! He's my favorite player in the NFL. I love Tony Romo and all, but Brett Favre has nostalgic value that can't be beaten!

I hope he breaks every record and continues to not give a sh*t about any of them. Maybe he'll learn to enjoy it for a couple years before Peyton Manning breaks every one of them.

Don't forget he'll probably break the interception record too. Don't forget Brew, your team's season is riding on a 37 years old QB. Not to say they can't win. Plunkett was a old fart when he won his Superbowl. But most QBs win when they're not old and crusty.

If it was me, I would be praying that Oline stays healthy. We see, see last year, what Farve does behind a question line.

Nonetheless, good for Farve.
