| Do you have an HD capable TV? With the recent study releases showing that the vast majority of this generation of console owners are not aware of the HD capabilities of the Xbox 360 or PS3, it got me thinking. How many of us are taking advantage of, or at least can take advantage of, the HD goodness of this generation?
What better way to find out than a poll!?
Do you own an HD capable TV? By HD I mean 720p, 1080i, or 1080p. You may also add in the text of your reply whether you are currently connected to your set in a manner that permits you to see the HD signal. For example, you may own an HD set and a PS3, but you may not have purchased an HDMI cable yet.

Given that history the majority of active users are likely of a similar ilk, with perhaps higher than average interest in performance of home theater experiences, and a bias towards such.
Not to say it isnt a fascinating topic, merely that a salt lick might be in order to justify it against this forum.
I have 1 HD tv and plan on purchasing a second.

| I checked yes, ever though I'm in between HDTVs right now.
(My 32" Toshiba crapped out, and I'm getting a new one within the year)

| yes I do. 55" mitisubishi diamond series I got back in 2002. Temporarily the only HD content is cable TV.
I have used it from the 360. Haven't had a chance to use it for the PS3, but I have the component cable to do so. I have a componet cable for the Wii's 480p widescreen as well.

However, I'm going to try and talk my parents into getting me a 22" widescreen monitor for my B-Day or X-Mas. My current one likes to randomly change it's hue on me, it likes purple and orange.
