| Were you surprised by anything announced at E3? E3 felt different to me this year. There were announcements here and there about loads of stuff, but nothing seemed Earth-shattering and there didn't seem to be that many surprises (to me anyway). While Sony tried to keep their price drop under wraps (that would have been big news), it had already been leaked so they didn't have that. Microsoft showed off loads of games coming this year, but most of them we knew about already. Nintendo tried to talk alot of game, but their press conference fell flat (but Wii fit looks cool).
So what do you think? Were you surprised by anything you saw coming out of E3? Or did it seem like a recap of old news to you? | |

| Nope. I think E3 seemed more like a place where we get to see what comes out this holiday season, but nothing really new. I believe the console-specific events will be where we see big announcments(X07 for MS, TGS for Sony since they basically own that show, and Nintendo will find somewhere). | |

| I'd have to say no, not this year. Of course, when it's mostly just software being introduced, it's hard to have a shock and wow factor. | |
