| Toilet Paper
That's right, toilet paper. Having clicked on this link you may be asking yourself "what does toilet paper have to do with video games?" Well, I might respond with something witty like "there are some pretty crappy games out there," but in reality, that's not what I have in mind for this week's poll.
You see, I reviewed a few sites and came across a few articles and whatnot of things that are going on in the gaming world right about now. Articles like "the internet hates Diablo III" and "Minesweeper cheats" and "spore, spore, spore" but none of them really called my name and begged to be part of a poll this week.
This week I decided to do something entirely different. This week I would like to know if I'm in the minority or the majority regarding toilet paper. And no I don't intend to ask what variety you prefer. Nope, nothing that complex. Instead, what I would like to know is whether you prefer your toilet paper roll to unroll from the top or the bottom. I don't intend to vote first so you all won't know my preference until more than a few people vote, but I am interested to know how the majority of gamers install their toilet paper rolls.

My main reason is that the next sheet is closer to me if I'm standing up to grab a few sheets to blow my nose. ("Over the top" also keeps the sheets away from the wall.) What's funny about this topic, is that my old preacher and I had a brief discussion over this. He said that he and his buddies did a tensile strength test, back in college, and found that "over the top" was not as strong a "from the bottom". I've never tested it that way, but I always make sure the roll spins freely on the spool. | |
