Should it be illegal to sell M/AO title to minors?

Illegal? THat's a grey area. Smoking is illegal if your under 18 yet no cops stop kids from smoking...kids drink while underage (at least I think I did, I can't remember). People still smoke a ton of weed and crack and they are illegal. I'm a freedomist...let it all be free but M/AO games should be taxed at a (slightly) higher rate, and kept behind the counter. TAX IT ALL!!!!!!!!! LOL!

Actually, it is not illegal for minors to smoke cigarettes, only illegal to sell cigarettes to minors. Also, if you're caught under the influence of weed or crack, you can be arrested and spend the night in detox, but you won't be looking at any 'hard time' from it being illegal, other than being cited for being under the influence (even that depends).

You have a weird sense of free and tax, I gotta say.
