Do any of your new year's resolutions involve gaming?

Now is the time of year when everyone promises to get back into working out and eating right. The holidays are over and there is no excuse for getting back into shape. The gyms are more crowded and more fitness equipment is sold in these early months of the year.

But not everyone makes the age-old resolutions that are somehow always sluffed off during the rest of the year. Some people actually make resolutions that are more likely to be upheld. Then again, some people don't make any resolutions.

So what about you? Did you make any new year's resolutions? If so, did any of them involve gaming? Perhaps you resolved to buy new games only to support developers? Perhaps you resolved to buy all of your games from Coolstuff to support independent games retailers? Perhaps you resolved to finish more of the games you have purchased or to not purchase another game until you were done with the ones you already have?

The possibilities are endless. What I'm curious about is whether any resolution you made, whatever it may be, involved gaming in any way, shape or form.

The last time i made a New Years resolution was at the end of 1989. It was to quit smoking which I did within a few weeks.

I guess if i was to make a New Years resolution this year it would be to limit my HD movie purchases. Which I will be doing now anyway with Warners announcemnet. Instead of buying the 300+ I had planned to this year I'm going to limit myself to 60 titles between both formats.
I'll be saving a lot of money so I plan on using it for a new SVS 7 speaker surround system and a new denon receiver.

My resolution last year was to finish all the games I own before I buy any more. I failed miserably.

I don't think I have any resolutions for this year that involve gaming.
