I know that this isn't the "New Members" Forum. However, I would like to welcome our 100th member jdawg5. Don?t know you yet, but I hope to see you on the pages; to all of you who helped get us to 100, thank you for being here and I hope to hear from you as well.
It seems like just a few weeks ago we started up at this new home and we already have a lot of new faces.
I am looking forward to seeing all of the banter, news, gossip, humor, and controversy that each and every one of you posts on the pages of this forum. Please if you are new contribute and this group will give you ten times of what you post in return.
I have seen social networking, humor, news, support, advice of all kinds (not all of the best advice, especially from me), and a tremendous amount of generosity; you name it, if it isn?t here now it will be.
It has always amazed me that simple words on a page of ether have the power to shape and galvanize a community that spans mind numbing miles in milliseconds, and how those words have also transformed a scattering of seemingly disparate strangers into some of my best friends.
It amazes me that a random group of people with such different moral and philosophical outlooks have found a refuge of mutual respect and understanding. A place where, once they step into these forums, each and everyone of them has the courage to step outside themselves and truly respect one another for the sake of their community?.but what am I talking about?we do it for one reason!
To be kids again and play to GAMES!!!!!!
I can't wait to see what this place is like once we get out of Beta!
