resetting display mode

I set up the my PS3 to the HDTV to watch a Blue Ray movie. I didn't switch the display mode back to 480i (for the s-video input). When I reconnected the PS3 to the monitor is has been connected to, nothing on display. I got sound though. Anyone know how to reset the display mode. I prefer not to have to rehook up the PS3 to the HDTV just to get it back to the crappy display option. And no, I can't leave the PS3 connected to the HDTV at this moment in time.

I believe if you hold the power button while powering it on, it will reset the video settings.

Pretty sure I read that somewhere anyway.

I believe Jagger is correct on that. I had to do that once for a friend.
