February 15, 2007 - The folks at Sony Online Entertainment have just given word that a brand new version of the arcade classic Q*bert is heading to the PlayStation Store next week. Slated for February 22 at a price of $4.99 US, Q*Bert will bring the famous pyramid hopper to the high-definition era and boast a number of PS3-specific features.

Though heavier details are still forthcoming, Sony has confirmed that Q*Bert will support a max resolution of 720p in addition to rankings for worldwide leaderboards. "Who will be the Supreme Noser" is the chosen tagline for the game, and the little orange hero's arch-nemesis Coily will be back as well
