Japan Gets 750GB PlayStation 3 Console

We thought that 60GB was a fine size for the fancy PlayStation 3 model, but over in the Akihabara district of Tokyo, they think that size is wusses. Japan's "T-ZONE.PC DIY SHOP" has come out with a PS3 that's a whopping 750GB.

The Century can be put together as either RAID 0 or RAID 1, and the PS3 will recognize a full 698GB at any one time. If you need any more space than that, there's something seriously wrong with you.

The only problem is...it's quite hideous to the eye. But if you're looking to do something naughty like rip some Blu-ray movies, then it's the console for you. Also, shame on you.
