Problem is Goat that Sony needs to give the developer the go ahead to patch it. Insomanic and other developers is pretty sore at Sony because of their 'stipulations' on the resolution thing. Insomanic originally planned for 1080i to be included but Sony deep-sixed that notion.

That is bizarre, I had never read about that before.

I thought other titles supported multiple resolutions, like Ridge Racer 7.

It would be nice if the review sites would list what resolution the games are in natively so that potential owners such as myself could determine if the title is a 480p issue.

I am thinking only the launch titles are affected. The ones in development may have time to implement their own 'software renderer/scalar'.

Prices have really dropped on Ebay. I got a 20GB tonight on Ebay for $520 plus $20 shipping plus $7 for insurance.
It would have cost $525 locally after taxes so for only $22 more I thought it was a good deal. And I also got 6 months no interest from Paypal.

Yeah -

I am not really going to waste time on this whole ebay thing and rather look to see if someone wants it for what I paid. Maybe it would help someone out for the holidays rather than just returning it. I really want to keep it and keep checking for a patch every day (really every 10 minutes).
