The word *possibly* being key here.
A popular Japanese press release website, Impress Watch, says that Sony discussed pricing of PS3 games after the TGS press event, revealing that games will be in the 8,800 to 9,800 yen range(which is about $75 to $84).
I hope for everyones sake this is not true. It *could* lead to the majority of gamers thinking that pricetag is "ok". Its bad enough the base price for 360 games are $60.00, $70 is getting out of hand(unless its a LE Oblivion or something of that nature[personal opinion]). | |

My mother-in-law's....ahh boyfriend...works with pressing CDs, DVDs, HDDVD and now BluRays. I asked how it was going with the set-up w/ BluRay. He laughed...hard. | |

| hahaha, that's just funny! Man, I am having a hard time plunking even 60 dollars down for a game I am less than Dying-to-get. Games like, Oblivion, Gears of War, GRAW... I could justify paying 60 even 70 dollars for but, I can't imagine paying anymore for that for games like Kameo, or Dead or Alive 4, or NBA 2K...
I don't know how they are going to stay in business. Yes, people will still buy them... but, even still their customer numbers will drastically drop | |
