Downloaded last night/this morning at around 4am. Works just the same except it seems the XMB loads quicker when accessing it from a game.

no trophies on MGS that i know of, im pretty sure its just that stardust game that has trophies, and yes keezy you are a trophy whore already lol

There are about ten games with trophies. Although any game can have them. Older games just need a patch to impliment them though. The problem is that any game that you've played that does add them, you'll have to replay the game to get the trophies.

I download it with no problems now I may have to buy a game with trophies so I can get one at least.

I highly recommend Super Stardust. The rest of the games are not out yet, or haven't been patched to include them (like Warhawk). It seems as though a lot of the games out now will not be patched, as their creators are busy on other projects.

I've had Super Stardust HD for a while and I played it very briefly yesterday to see if I could get any trophies. No luck.

Ah well, good times ahead! I love being able to access the XMB!! Although, this is a feature that should've been implemented from the get-go, IMO.

I bought Super Stardust yesterday just to get a trophy and when I did it wasn't the gradification I was hoping for but I'll be a trophy whore when newer games come out I have no doubt.

It's supposed to make a sound, but I missed it! It's not as rewarding as on the 360, for sure.

i finally checked out the in-game xmb last night, and im diggin it, other than it was a little slow

Unfortunately you still can't chat with people while playing a game (through the XMB). I'd still like to see that feature implemented sometime in the future.

Yeah PSN still has a long way to go but this was a step in the right direction.

really Brad? I wouldn't know, I don't have a headst for the PS3. Well, I think MGS4 will probably have trophies in the future.

And of course the trophy system is going to generate some sales for some games, such as Stardust. Of course some people are going to turn into trophy whores. I guess we'll have to see when stripdj shows up, LOL.
