ok, i havent kept up on all the different models of ps3's. the only thing that they have been changing on the different SKUs is the hard drive size and the backward compatability right? if i wanted one that would be backwards compatable which SKU should i pick up?
i have a deal in the works right now for a 20gb SKU that was bought off of ebay. it has no wireless controller and didnt come with a hdd OR the cage, the guy is interested in a few of my pc parts as a trade (still ironing out details)
are any of the SKUs more reliable than others? are any louder than others? hotter than others?
what are you thoughts brew, im joining the dark side lol | |

Join Date: Jun 2007 Location: broken arrow, ok Age: 27 | alright, got a deal all ironed out, hes sending me 20gb SKU ps3, 120gb hdd, brand new controller. im sending him my e6750, 2gb ddr2 ram, an old psu, and an old dvd burner. the only thing that it doesnt have is the hdd mount, which i read that you can call sony and they will just send you free
pretty even trade value wise, im stoked to get it in! | |

| The only thing I use my PS3 for now is to download movie trailers.
Since I got a Panasonic BD30 to watch BDs, I have no desire to use the PS3 anymore for BD titles , so movie trailers are all that is left for me. Hopefully they will offer movie downloads soon. | |
