With EBgames you can get a free dark sector cap if you pre-order it now, Releases either 28th this month or 4th april, different sites are giving out completely different release dates, I think itll be april though more likely.

I don't know if I like the direction they took the game when they started from scratch again. Your character looks just like every other bad-ass in a sci-fi game. I'll give it a rent though. Looks like it might be alright.

By the way, is the cap deal for both the PS3 and 360 versions?

Nope, Dark Sector is a cross platform title, available on the 360 and PS3 (might be PC as well). I can confirm that the promo is available for the 360 version as well.

Ah I never knew, I would guess it is mate, check on the site and under 360>Dark Sector it should be there, maybe a ps3 only deal Imnot sure. I am tempted to pre order it from america, region free ect so wouldn't have any trouble playing it on my PS3 + I'd like the cap, aint got one atm XD

Only trouble is I here that Game,Gamestation will not take other region games,consoles as in general they dont work, the PS3 is the only console I know that plays all region games no problems but stores aint allowed to take the ones that aint from its region ect, so No resell value if so but Im sure this game is a keeper, has online ect to keep ya busy + trophie's when home is out.

God people rely on silly reviews which are allways biased or based on ONE person's view (the person reviewing?) This game looks the dogs bollox was at game-station earlier today and I got talking to the whole staff ect and bout 5 outta 7 of the staff members there said they're going for it despite the bad/average reviews. Had a few fanboy arguments with customers whilst there as-well lol which is all-ways good fun.

I would go for the eb game's offer but Ive allrdy got 80£ on credit note from trade in's today so Im gonna just go for the game on its own, would be nice but meh. not a necessity

I got it the other day...not very far into it, but think Gears of War/Resident Evil hybrid and this is it. The glaive-blade is really slick and I don't think there has ever been a weapon like it in a videogame. Enjoying it so far.

Yeah first sight of ingame play i saw GoW popped in my mind instantly, same kinda grainy effect on the locations/enemies and the cover system, camera angle ect. With a RE4 kinda feel to it.
