I redid the link. His GT was misspelled. I probably linked it wrong though. I direct linked it to his Live Profile page. From there you'll have to click on "Send Friend Request"

I'm still trying to get everyone on my friends list, but I noticed that when I attempted to add Peench, it said his friends list was full. I guess Peench and I can't be friends...
