Was that how it was? I can't remember. I do remember Crank's character just standing there staring for the rest of the tourney after he left... And I definitely thought AZ was gonna run away with it early!

I hate that I didn't know about loading my own character before the match. Oh well, next time.

This was fun guys! We need more people to grab this game and play. If anyone can confirm that this is how we finished, I'll start the PGL WSOP Tour thread.

That was a lot of fun guys. I hate it when I get off to a big lead, because I'll always end up giving it all away. The funny thing is, if you were to ask anyone in our regular Saturday night poker group what hand I hate more than any others, they would tell you:



That's right, the dreaded Anna Kournikova, Ace/King. It looks great but never wins. Peench is all in with AQ, I've got him "dominated" with AK. Flop is K/Q/10, and I'm looking good. Peench catches another Queen on the turn, and I say goodbye to 75% of my chips. Sigh...

Peench was all about staying in the hand and taking people out on the turn and river. He snagged your chips on that one, and really roasted Woundup good later on. It was brutal.

I am definitely glad I picked this game up as last night was hella fun. I'm a little miffed I didn't win more than the measly $60k though. Geez. Everyone but poor old Crank got some of my cash in that one eh?? Just kidding. I saw your post on the poker tour and can't wait to get in one some more of them. I gotta keep my lead!

jk bro, you earned it man. And yeah, I dunno about the cash split. I did it that was because that was the proposal on the table and everyone kinda said "yeah, whatever." It could use some refinement -- not sure about 5 of 6 finishing in the money, although I do like a lot of people in the money to encourage participation. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all for it for future events. But for this one you're screwed!

I don't like the idea of you guys unlocking a bunch of stuff. My plan to mesmerize you with my Jennifer Tilly bobblehead card protector (that never went on the cards, by the way) almost worked perfectly!

Now I've got to try to find those grenades that Bronx is talking about. That would have solved my issues which Peench very well.

That was a great time although I think that the blinds should start a bit higher next time. It would be great if we could play a couple times a month. I played with reckless abandon and if we start a tour will need to be more Quo like in my approach.

Really, that was one of the more passive tables I've gamed at. No one really got cards though, except AZ and his constant trips, and Peench (but only on All-ins!)

I hope more people continue to get the game. It beats the heck out of the XBLA version, and it's fun to just chill and chat.
