I'm not Quo, but I know there's no problem with both leagues having the same team. He and I both have the Boys, and we've talked about that numerous times.

You can still join up NPYYZ. You'd be put on the bottom of the draft list, but I doubt anyone will take the Chiefs anyway.

In response to my question about duplicate teams................ I really do not mind, but I was wondering it being said that the CFL was going to be used as a minor league for the NFL. So as an example........... lets say Oohchit decides he cannot commit to the season any longer and we need someone to move up. ANd lets say Quo throws his hat in and joins the NFL. What team does he use? The team he knows and has been playing with, the Cowboys? Or does he have to use the Jaguars and just wing it that way? If everyone had a different team then when he made the transfer over he could use the same team and make his cross over much easier.

Like I said no difference to me, just trying to make sure we are all on the same page.

I think that's the only way the Madden League will work. I don't think you can change the teams without restarting the league... only the owners. So whoever was filling in would have to take the vacated team. I'll try to find out more, though.

I'm down to start play whenever. How does sceduling work? Do we play everyone once or twice, who's the home team during games? Is there a set schedule or order we should play the games? If anyone wants to play some "preseason" games send me a FR.




It looks like I may be the only West coaster in the league, and I work 5:00pm-11:30pm(pacific) Mon-Fri. I'll do my best to accomodate the folks in the central and eastern time zones. Weekends may be the easiest, although I am on every night after work. Lookin' forward to playing!!

I know you guys want to get started but i recommed waiting until the NFL season kicks off. Ea will be releasing an updated roster around that time. there is also a second patch on the way.

My current league is playing pre season games until the roster update is here.

Preseason is not a bad idea. We can run a preseason league here, as to not interfere with the regular season, and to get everyone accustomed to the game and their teams. Especially us CFLers.
