2008 PGL Poker Tour, Tourney #3 Redux 7/24, tonight!!

well i'm not having any luck. I've checked out Poker Stars, Absolute Poker and even Yahoo and MSN games to see if they have what we would need and none of them do.....anybody got any other ideas? we could try Supa's idea and just do 2 single tables

or 2 separate tables and then finish the tour with a single table of the top 7 or eight players

has anyone tried the downloadable poker game from marketplace? maybe that would be something to try out

We used to play that one all the time. It doesn't have multi-table option. It seemed to work though.

WSOP 2007 may have been a crappy poker game also, but we finished our games and it had cam support.

Full Tilt does offer private tourneys... as do several other poker sites. but they're pay tournaments, not freebies. In other words, everyone would have to make a deposit, then pay a fee to play, like $5 entry +$0.50 to the house. The down side would be paying $0.50 for each tourney. The up side would be that players would actually win the money. Top three or four would finish in the money, I think.

I don't care what we do. It's pretty amazingly lame that no one's come up with a decent poker game.

i'd be game for digging up a copy of this if it works. Whatever we decide, we need to do so by 7/24, thats the date of the next tourney

all i know is this game has some tweaked out problems, and its irritating. Last time i skipped a fat event to play and got knocked out the game after 3 hands. Its almost like playing catan...80% chance of disconnecting.

works for me, but the next obvious question is, how do we divide the rooms? who goes where?
