| | On the Dance Floor | Ok we got our game in today. Sorry for any hold up that we(or should I say I) caused.
Well, it was a tough fought game at papa john's field with the home team coming away with a victory 31-28. After a sluggish first half by both teams (halftime score of 10-7), the coaches lit a fire under the asses of both teams. Louisville took the opening drive right down the blackshirts throats making it a 17-7 lead. Nebraska answered back making the game 17-14. After another Louisville touchdown, Nebraska showed its inability to move the ball under their new coach (lol). Louisville scores yet again making it 31-14. Nebraska comes back with 2 unanswered touchdowns with :13 seconds on the clock, 31-28. The visibly nervous nebraska kicker, drills the ball into the louisville front and according to the announcers, nebraska recovered. But it wasnt meant to be, the ball was spotted on the louisville 44, where they ran the ball one more time to seal the victory.
Great game, lots of fun. Hopefully we can play again sometime Kamacauzie.

The Virginia Tech - Texas game is in danger of being simulated very soon. I'm going to send them both a message today saying if they don't have the game scheduled (and none of this, "If you see me online shoot me an invite", we all know how some people *cough*DLitch*cough* get distracted easily), I'll simulate the game and post those results.
Hopefully I'll have an answer today.

Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: Albuquerque, NM | Ok Ok! So I have been somewhat of a slacker and haven't gotten around to posting up the results of the game with Oklahoma a few weeks ago. And I will admit I have no real excuse so please accept my apologies. Unfortunately in all my infinite "slackerness" after the game I took down all the stats, but forgot to save any game highlights before turning the game off so there will be no cool visual and sound highlights (ala Quo Style!)
I guess the main thing to note is that it just wasn't the Sooner Nation's day and the NCAA gods (I think they are the same ones that run Madden too) were looking favorably upond the Noles on game day. FLORIDA STATE- 49 OKLAHOMA-12
Here is very brief synopsis of the game:
From what I remember it was a pretty close game the first half, but unfortunately the second half did not produce the same.
I think there might of been several reasons for the results in the second half:
1) X. Lee played out of his mind and definitely his talent level this day-
Rating- 346.51------Comp-7------Att-12------YDS-254------TD-4------INT-0 (Last stat being the most unusual).
2) J. Halle the Oklahoma QB decided at halftime that he would much rather be the new Seminoles quarterback so he tried out by completing passes to open Florida State defenders 6 times (even the Noles Defensive Tackle).
Rating-55.1-------Comp-7-------Att-19-------YDS-145------TD-1-------INT- 6
3) And finally the third and most logical reason was that the before mentioned NCAA Gods were paid off by Bobby Bowden ( who's program has never shied away from controversy) to look favorably upon his beloved Noles on this day in Norman.
So with that said thanks for the game Special always a blast playing you.
Sorry again guys for the delayed and less than stellar stat layden report.
P.S.- BSMVP just let me know when your ready to get our game on!
