PGL store is closed

Well Cafepress was an experiment. For a one year fee of $60 they'll let you open a store and then charge your customers outrageous sums for simple products. Sure they're one-offs and you don't have to maintain and inventory, but c'mon, how can we justify charging PGL members $20 for a shirt and only bringing getting $3 back to PGL at that!?

So for now the PGL store is closed. We're looking into other options and hopefully we'll find something that makes it better for our members, but we couldn't justify the cost of another year with the paltry sum we made last year (which we haven't even been sent yet unfortunately).

Thanks to everyone who supported us by buying PGL products!

If anyone has any ideas for going forward, please shoot them our way.

Its a shame it had to close but at least it was for a good reason. I enjoy my PGL shirt and hope an alternative can be found.

Thanks Cuse! Yeah, it just wasn't cutting it. I closed the store and asked them when I would get our final check for the measly amount of commissions we made over the last year. They sent me a response indicating they were going to escalate the issue and someone would get back to me about whether they were going to send me anything. WTF? Yeah, we earned the commissions, your asses better freaking send em to us! I'll continue the saga as I learn more but you can be damn sure I won't let them take what we rightfully earned based on the service we paid for!

Hopefully we can come up with an alternate solution that doesn't cost as much for our fellow PGL member and that doesn't end up with us being screwed!
