1. What is your forum name & gamertag/PSN ID/Wii #: Both my Forum Name and Xbox Live Gamertag are ZoomZoom71. I don’t (and don’t plan to) own a PS3, but may eventually get a Wii.
2. What brought you to PGL? I came to PGL with the original crew from [the place that shall not be mentioned], after the [$25 Martyr] banned us from his website.
3. What do you like about PGL? No Dalmations. Truthfully, it’s about my friends. I’ve been around many of the senior members here for close to 4 years. Once you’re around a group of people that long, you tend to stick together. This place offers the kind of community that’s difficult to find, and that carries over to our time gaming together.
4. Where did you come up with your Gamertag? When I first signed up for the Xbox Live Beta Testing in 2002, and was given the opportunity to select a ‘tag, I owned a ’90 Mazda Miata. And, keeping with their jingle at the time, ZoomZoom, just seemed appropriate. It was, and still is, a crowd-pleaser of a ‘tag, since I get serenades from the General Population on a regular basis. The ‘71’ in the ‘tag represents the year of my birth: 1971.
5. How many hours a week are you gaming online? While I officially tell people I only game on Friday nights for a 2-3 hours, I’ve been able to sneak in 2 or 3 additional nights per week on a regular basis. This has come about because I moved my wife’s desk and PC into my office, where I also have my 360 and 32” LCD TV. If she’s playing a game on her PC in the evening, I’ll usually get at least an hour or so.
6. Why do you game? I view gaming as my interactive form of entertainment. Since first picking up Halo: Combat Evolved back in ’01, I enjoyed the controls, the graphics, and especially the ability to play with my friends, cooperatively. Primarily, if a game doesn’t have a Co-op or Multiplayer component, I will not buy it.

7. Do you know who the Higgleytown Heroes are? “Let’s all play together, Save the Day together.”
8. Have you ever participated in FNFF? I can probably count on one hand the number of Friday Night Frag Fests I’ve missed. They’re part of my weekly routine.
9. When do you normally game? On nights I do get to play games, I’m usually not online before 10pm Eastern. Gotta get the kiddos in bed.
10. Do you like SP or MP more? As mentioned above, I’m all about the Multiplayer aspect of gaming. To enjoy a single player mode, the campaign must have a really engaging and immersive storyline. The best solo campaign to date, for me, is Halo: Combat Evolved.
11. What's your current favorite game? It’s a toss-up between Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3.
12. What's your favorite game of all time? Um, yeah, Halo: Combat Evolved.
13. If your batteries died in your controller right before the final boss battle of a game and you didn't have any replacements in the house, would you (a) knock on a neighbor's door and borrow some; (b) drive frantically to the store for replacements; (c) turn the game off and charge the batteries or buy replacements the next day? As frustrated as I would be, I’m too lazy to leave the house. So, I’d just turn off the game, and wait for the batteries to re-charge. Of course, since I have a Play-n-Charge kit, I could just plug that in…
14. Do you have an Xbox live nemesis? Hmmm, that’s difficult to answer. I’m generally a peace-keeper, and those with whom I can’t keep the peace are removed from my Friends List. So, I’ll just say, “anyone not currently on my Friends List.”
Zoom really is lazy.
