I am looking for friendly, mature, and just plain decent folks to play Phantasy Star Universe with. Does anyone here play the game, and is perhaps interested in starting a pseudo-guild?
I need friends to play with, as all of my current XBL buddies are consumed by GoW and Halo.
Here's to hoping! | | |

There hasn't been a lot of talk on this game here, but I'm sure some people have it. There's a gamertag list in the Connecting Forum, feel free to check it out and look for some people with the game.
Good Luck!
PS. and I hope you'll join us in other games as well! If you haven't tried them both GoW and RS:V have excellent co-op modes!

I'll check out the connecting forum. Thanks!

Have you tried FFXI yet? That's more MMO than PSU.

... Wouldn't want you to get burnt out on it so soon!
| Hehe, not burnt out, yet. I play this game far more than any other game I own. And, well shit, I only get to play 3 different maps and 2 different game types! It's fun, but I need something on the side.
Btw, if any of you are MS employees, PM me.

The music made me want to throw myself off a bridge lol. Does the single player get any better after the first stage?

Its basically a PS2 title. The graphics haven't been updated since it arrived in 2002. So asking 360 reviewers to view it next to other 360 titles really hurt it. However, the gameplay is solid enough (as it has been since the game first appeared, though its a little bland compared to current PC MMOs). Another benefit is you can play with PS2 and PC gamers, so there is always a nice crowd (I actually played with a PC guild for a while).
The biggest problem is that it requires a 6 gig installation. It wouldn't be a bad idea to pick up a USB keyboard either. I bought it at launch and played it for a while, but have since retired it. Its 12.95 a month. Most places are now selling it for $30 with a free thirty day trial.

The storyline is bland, and dull. I'd much rather spend my time playing online with other players. I do enjoy the XBL aspect of the game quite a bit. Quote:

I think I am going to steer clear of FFXII, but I'd love to see future Final Fantasy releases for the 360. I doubt I will have such luck, though.

I would be all over it if it didn't charge that fee. Sorry. Oh yeah, welcome to the site. Enjoy and feel free to shoot me a friend request.

| You have to subscribe & pay an additional monthly fee (Other than XBLive fee) to play this online?
I was thinking about getting it but if you have to pay online, FORGET IT!
