New, sick, and determined to enter the Halo 3 beta

Hey, I recently joined, figuring that this would be a good place to find nice/mature gamers....specifically those that play Halo 2 =D;;

My favorite 360 game is Oblivion, but I did get Halo 2 for the multiplayer on-line experience.

I would also like to qualify for the Halo 3 beta, out of curiosity of course. Needless to say, I will attempt to get those 3 hours in under one swoop. It wouldn't be the first time I've played a game for over 3+ hours in the middle of the night ~.^ Anyone else attempting to qualify with the "Rules of Three" thing? Even if I get my ass kicked a million times, I'll still get those three hours in XD

Remember, the Rule of Three gives you 3 days to accrue 3 hours of playing time between Feb 1-3, and then on the 5th at 12:01, everyone can head over to the poor poor servers at Halo3.com and then sign up.

So basically the race won't be to get 3 hours the fastest, but to get to Halo3.com the fastest.

Godspeed! I'm just going to pick up Crackdown. I've had a blast with the game thus far.

I recently got back into Oblivion. Man is that game fun... and addicting. I had been playing for 4 hours before I even realized it. I'm almost done with the dark brotherhood quests (I've finished all the others), and then I'm going to start on the main quest. I'm about 140 hours in. What an awesome game.

Hahaha, you will find, with Peench, everything takes a lot longer than it would for anyone else. Forgive him. He's old. 69 to be exact!! He just had a birthday and he went from age 69 to age 69!

Amen Peenchy - I'm also invested in major hours in that game ... and I've only just finished the MAGES GUILD! I have so much more to play. My goal is to complete it 100% by the time Mass Effect comes out.

In any case, welcome to the site Nitro. This is a great place to be. And if you are inclined, pick up a copy of Crackdown b/c it is simply an AWESOME game ... oh yeah, and you get this invite to some game called Halo 3 (?) ... anyway, download the Crackdown demo first to see if you like it (picture GTA w/super powers, better graphics and no police on your butt for shooting your enemies!).

...yeah, I'm actually feeling worse right now than I was when I made my intro post. So...guess I'll turn this into a race to get through the halo3.com servers after inputing those 3 hours.
