Ahhh yes... actually it was a "Ohio Member Cap and Trade". We can take new Ohioans, but they have to commit to going out and killing at least two potential Kentucky/West Virginia members/people from Detroit as they show up. Remember, that's how we got rid of Keezy's, ahem, "Uncle-person" (also explains how ASpecialFriend became Special).
Overall, though, the system's not really working. Snake is still here. |

We've yet to implement any system that works for anything.
Even during HOT:SOS our system of running and hiding only worked minimally. |

West Virginia... we need not worry about their prescence here. I mean a state that has less than 8 teeth per person, and no indoor plumbing usually doesn't have internet! Plus I think they would be more into forced intercourse than gaming... SQUEAL LIKE A PIG BOY! |

 8 teeth was from the 2000 Census, I think it's down to 5.3 now. |
