TOOOOO LATE! No woot for me...I was think that I will find it somewhere for a deal soon....the original version of this (no wireless, 1x ripping) is $129 at Walmart.

I would love an outdoor (waterproof) wireless setup with onidirectional speakers (like the green ones from bose)...that would kick some serious ghetto booty.
